The DSi is going to be sold out the first few months no matter how much it costs. Nintendo are probably kicking themselves in the butt for not initially charging $300 for the Wii, and they are not going to make the same mistake as with the DSi.
Plus, the DSi provides the perfect test of whether two distinct consoles can coexist. Wii HD anyone?
