HDTV sales have been slowing down for months. And even with sales, it's not likely most know they need component or higher cables. They are likely watching 480i widescreen and think it's HD. At least that's what loads of HD fans keep whining about their friends and relatives doing.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
