I am framing this quote. I have had an assortment of phrases hurled at me after posting these pics, but this one takes the cake.

@ Words - I love pastel colors - but only rock it (no pun intended) when I want to be a Drama King.
@ TWestern - Interesting. I saw some interesting styles in New Mexico and here in Houston, but even if a person looks odd, I'll give them credit for trying.
It wasn't about pink boots for me - but my personality. Most folks said they'd never rock them, but that in my case, and I think they were being real, like RP said, I could roll with it.
I'll admit - when I bought my first house, I had to have two things - a Man Space room to act a fool in with wires and junk - and all my toys to have a room to call home - and a walk-in closet. I have more clothes than my wife. I even have this pimp Indiana Jones corduroy duster that I will rock before it gets warm again. I just like lookin' good and think the boots, regardless of color, look great. I don't think any color should stop you from wanting to look good.
Pink/lavender/pastels aren't for everyone, but I love my boots to the fullest.
