Obviously this is viral marketing. He wants to drum up hype for his game anyway possible. Whenever he does one of his stunts like this, somebody who doesn't like what he's doing creates a topic on a message board, which lets people who didn't know about the game learn about it, and possibly retain an interest in it.
He doesn't actually hate Nintendo.
