I posted above the obvious reason why the game took off on hand held platform, the game saw quite a few rereleases and repackaging, each version, the PS2 versions weren't so lucky except for G I believe which came with G and G PS2 is the best. The PSP ones saw many revisits and not in just a launch period, this was over a few years.
