Yeah, we all seem to be thinking about the same numbers. It's a big FF game, and truthfully looking at Japanese sales history it's possible for it to be as high as 750K to 1 million first week (ala Monster Hunter Freedom 2nd). The problem is PSP games tend to be VERY top heavy in Japan. That's not to say all games aren't top heavy everywhere, but look at MHF2:
Week 1: 741,780
Week 2: 150,498
After that it steadily declines over the course of the next month and a half to negligible sales, but sells strongly (between 90K and 50K) for another few weeks. It will be interesting to see how it does in the weeks following it's launch.
