I do not know why they say that some would be disappointed. Right after that he said "Which is not really fair to the game because it has a great single player campaign, an awesome multiplayer and shiny graphics to boot."
I think early in the video the moment he first mentions the graphics he says they are amazing.

Seriously, what is to be disappointed about? I think the only real complain I heard was that he wished the vechicle portions lasted longer, so I guess the vehicle parts are just as awesome as the non-vehicle parts.
Sounds great to me.
