The partical effects, physics/animation, depth of field, motion blur, smoke effects - the list goes on and on. This game won't be topped until at least maybe the releases of Uncharted 2 and HEAVY RAIN. Until then, we've yet to see any upcoming competition from any consoles.

Or perhaps God of War 3.  We shall see, heh.
