I understand your point but when I look at a list of games that are coming out in other countries but not in the US, I feel kind of let down because they could easily have said "xxxx game is coming out TBA 2009" and I would be just as happy.

 

Don't assume that just because they aren't on the list they will not be released in your region, from my point of view the list contains games that have already been announced. And Nintendo doesn't let secrets out easily.
