We apparently also don't want developers to take the Wii remote and make a game perfectly centered around it's control.
I don't know if I like the idea or not, but I definitely wouldn't be buying too many multiplatform games then. I'd rather have my unique Zack & Wiki/No More Heroes games for the Wii and a true powerhouse like Gears 2 or MGS4 for the HD consoles. I don't like the way the Wii mixes with the HD consoles.
