All ISPs that do this put certain types of traffic into a bin and make that the 'priority' traffic and everything that isn't, gets 'throttled'. If you're OK with that, more power to ya (I don't have a problem with it since they are running a business and should be allowed to do what they want on their networks, but I do not appreciate that they try to hide behind euphemisms--and insult their users' intelligence--while they're doing it).
