If you like lightgun arcade shooters it's great. It's the best one on Wii so far, followed by Ghost Squad and RE:UC (in that order).
Graphics are crappy of course (at least HotD 2), since they're old arcade ports, but the gameplay is fast, there's tons of unlockables and got lot of replay value. It's definitely one of the best games in its genre. Not everyone likes the lightgun genre, though. Works also great in co-op.
I use a Nyko Perfect Shot for lightgun shooters, which works extremely well.
