IV Breeding is a pain (If you hate Pokemon, please don't comment)

Ok, I'm trying to breed IV breed for the first time because I want a decent Scyther and it's taking much longer than I thought it would..

Here's Mom's Nature and IV's. I caught her believe it or not. (Scizor)

Docile

HP: 26
ATK: 31
DEF: 31
SP. ATK: 19
SP. DEF: 7
SPD: 31

Here's Dad's Nature and IV's. (Scyther)

Calm

HP: 31
ATK: 19
DEF: 27
SP. ATK: 21
SP. DEF: 24
SPD: 17

Any tips?  I plan on using an everstone when I can ever breed a decent female with an Adamant nature.
