Figures are pretty steady right now - around 120k a week. (~50k Others, ~50k US, and ~ 20k Japan). My PSP's launch week: America - 150k - 175k Japan - 120k - 150k Others - 100k - 120k Also I'd like to mention I'm an optimist. BTW... I think old model will be still attractive for some buyers because of firmware... (new one goes with 3.6) |
According to Sony... It's already out... it wasn't a scheduled relaunch like the DS (most likely some stores decided not to take it since they still have a lot of stock of the old PSP.) Given that fact and the other issue that the new model really isn't too different then the last one... Why bother? Both systems do the same thing, have the same battery life... if you want a PSP. Just get either model.
Prepare for termination! It is the only logical thing to do, for I am only loyal to Megatron.
