From the title, you would think that Christian Svensson would know what he is talking about.
However, if I recall from experience, he tends to speak a bit out of his elements -- making statements which don't always add up. And he is not, shall we say, seemingly the biggest supporter of the Wii.
In a quick search, I can only find initial sales for the title: Nov. 2007 NPD of 35k and Oct. 2007 first week Japan from Famitsu of 10K.
The question is this. Does anyone know if Capcom lists software sales in its reports. That should answer all questions.
