you do realize that Sony doesn't own Konami (MGS4), Media Molecule (Little big planet), insomniac (Resistance 2) or Quantic Dream (Heavy rain) and that all three console makers employ thousands of people to do specific jobs so generally more work means more employees not that the people work harder so just because Sony seems to be doing more work to you doesn't mean that the employees are working harder.
