Definitely go into the landlording business. Also, put that woman on a budget!
Especially after playing tons of Fallout 3 and Oblivion, I find myself hitting B button to open my inventory, so I've also accidentally cast a lot of spells in the middle of a crowd. But if you put the safety on, you won't accidentally kill folks.
