You know what really grinds my gears?
First off, when I first got this game, all was well until I got married. My freakin wife is spending money left and right, and I feel really rushed to get through everything fast so that I can get back to town and do some tedious job to make money so I'm not broke. I only give her $50 a day to spend, but when I go off on a treck to a distant land, I get there only to see a huge negative sign on my screen telling me that I just lost a shitload of money, within the matter of a 5 second loading screen.
My second issue is with the way the communication and emotes work in the game. I'm not a fffing circuis monkey, I don't want to dance around and do stupid tricks to get people to like me, and since when do women find huge farts attractive? I'm a goddamn hero who's going to save the world, and here I am in the middle of town square dancing, whistling, and farting in front of everyone because that's just the way my social life was destined to be. Does anyone actually like doing this stuff? Sure it was great for a few minutes, but now it feels so cheesy and boring. Speaking of doing emotes...
... This brings me to my third problem... almost every single time I think of pulling up the emote screen to do something, I always forget to target the person first, and my character pulls out his goddamn shotgun, sword, or worse, does a magical spell. All is swell and dandy when you're in the bar until you try to get a woman to like you, accidentally blow out a huge magic spell, and kill almost everyone in the bar. You guys have no idea how many times I've had to reset the game because of this.
Also, I think my character is still moving around and doing things while the game is turned off, because I've turned my game on and had people bitching to me and whispering about how I'm a murderer and I killed someone, even though I never did. At that point I reset the game and everything goes back to normal, but it's still kinda weird....
Well, besides that, this game is pretty awesome. I just can't wait to do a second run through this game and be 100% evil, I won't have to worry about any of this crap!
