Definately get REmake i've got the GC game and im planning to play it soon again, its absolutely amazing.
I agree about 0 its really creppy and cool at the same time ( i love the leeches), it does have interesting story that tells a lot about Umbrella, plus it has some cool locations like a Train for example, get both.
And because of their characteristics they still look really well.
