I'm not a particularly big fan of Legend11 (like, at all), but the game does seem to be billed as a Smash Bros. clone. Heck, they're even making a point of telling us that one of Brawl's developers is also working on this one. Also, keep in mind that "Brawl clone" isn't automatically an insult (even if it is so intended): Crackdown's a GTA clone, and that turned out alright. It's as much about the execution as anything.
