@HappySqurriel: You forgot one thing, which is that Sega announced them focusing on Dreamcast really early, which caused a lot of uncertainity among third parties when they didn't know how long Saturn will be in the market and how long will Dreamcast live before it's replaced. For example EA ditched Sega for good because of that.
