4 turns = 1 year, 40 turns = 10 years... You do know what happens in next 10+ years in game business? I vote for week. Anyway, I could make you even Vgchartz the fps. :D
Well, if you define every screen perfectly and make graphics(buttons&everything) I can make the engine when I have time.
