I'm telling you people, it is the announcement of Red Steel 2.
Reggie said that we would find out before the end of Septermber. The wording suggests that it will be during September, but not after. Meaning that a magazine fits the perefect description.
It is on the Nintendo Magazine. The First look of the game, exclusive to the magazine. It's online.
I am 80% certain the surprise is this.
