I would expect that Microsoft has probably made the most money from online services so far because it has been out for a year earlier and they charge money to play games online ...
I suspect that Nintendo is probably second due to their much larger userbase and that they have far more content for people to buy ... I wouldn't be that surprised to find out that Nintendo was gaining ground on the XBox 360 due to these factors.
