I lurk way too much for anyone to recognise me. I only post in about one of every fifty threads I read. I also read through every thread I post in (except this one). I often don't post because within the first dozen responses to a topic someone will have said what I wanted to say, which is one of the reasons I like this sight. Not changing my avatar, ever.
