Fragile is nor the best looking wii game in development, nor the max the console can handle. Wii is two years old. Saying a relatively cheap game 28 months into the system's life will be the best it will ever see is really ridiculous.
OT: RE5 has better character models and Killzone better effects. Rest is more or less the same in these pics, but I'm sure that in their real resolutions and in motion KZ2 will have better environments. Also KZ2 looks more consistent in its quality, while RE5 looks great in places, but the Zombie in pic 5 looks hoorendous.
