Yup. The Wii remote by nature is a pointing type device, so you just aim with the controller as if it was a gun. The trigger style B button works well for this. If you want more accuracy, I reccomend the Nyko Perfect Shot accessory - looks like a white Glock 9mm. Really fun for the light gun games, gives a very arcade feel.
