Microsoft's response to a PS3 price cut?

^^^ Microsoft will not drop the price. Period.

I don't believe the PS3 will drop and even if it did, it will not be a $100 drop, which is the only drop that may force Microsoft to rethink its arcade pricing.

I am willing to take bets from anyone who thinks differently and is willing to put his VGC wallet where his mouth is.
