What is more likely to happen is the Yen will begin to go down because no one is buying goods imported from Japanese companies.
But the currency issue -- Yes vs. Dollar and Yen vs. Euro -- is one reason Sony and other companies are taking such huge losses.
It also is why there probably will not be any immediate console price drops from Sony or Nintendo.
