I think people are doubting the sales of 25-30+ mil, simply because the numbers are too damn ridiculous. People can't really wrap their heads around it, regardless of whether the math agrees or not. I mean, I can sorta understand, it's hard to get used to these numbers...
@vonboy: There's a slim chance a certain title can break it, if we combine multiplats. MKWii will have to really slow down in order for it to happen, though, while this game will have sell tons. Pretty unlikely, but not impossible. The sequel to this:

Totalled to 6.52mil in 2008. If the next game can do about this much again, it'll at least be close, I think.
