Things Other Console Makers Copied from Nintendo

From my experience I think these are 3 things other console manufacturers copied from Nintendo so shouldn't Nintendo get some money.  Correct me if i'm wrong.

 

1.  The thumb-analog stick on a controller (N64).

 

2.  Rumble (N64).

 

3. Motion (PS3 uses sixaxis).
