I wonder if the top online players will use nunchuck or pointer turning

Depends.... considering the "turning speed" adjustment option seems to be wholly seperate.... I think it means you can adjust the turning speed for the control stick too.... which in my opinion gives gives an advantage to those who can get used to it..... but then most modern FPS seem to have a default where the left control stick has strafe attached to it, which I don't like (my first FPS being Goldeneye, so I am used to the default on that game)... so those used to that scheme may just keep pointer turning, but customise it properly to their liking (generally better players probably going for more sensitivity)

There is one unknown factor in this though.... if strafe has been taken off the control stick, where have they mapped it to? the only logical thing in my mind (and something I have been on about for the past 2 years) is to map it so that tilting the nunchuck gives you left/right strafe. If that is so (or if they find something that works well I haven't thought of) then I would say advantage to those using control stick steering.
