here's a leaked screenshot of gameplay footage
as you can see it looks very close to the "CGI" in the railer..
so..I assume it will look as good as the CGI, as the Wii is more capable than any last gen console and the graphics look pretty good, a few steps ahead of RE4 and LoZ:TP in some sense
so it's quite possible..not HD but yeah
