You get 1 year warranty on all faults and 3 years warranty for the RRoD.
If your gonna be installing games on the HDD, I'd go for the 120GB one. You'll use up the 20 real quick. For some technical reason if you get a HDD, MS take away 7GB. Remember that. 20GB is actually 13GB. Unless that has changed...(I have the old model)
