I don't think you can really call this chart MS biased, since Nintendo has the DS on its side, which easily covers the extra dollars spent on 360 hardware. MS lacks a handheld, so...
Sony biased, maybe. The PS3 is expensive, and the PS2 still sells a decent amount. The PSP hardware costs more than the DS, too (though little software is purchased).
