Contrary to popular belief, you can wake up an hour earlier every morning and exercise for 30 minutes to lose weight without WiiFit.

And it's possible to find entertainment outside of video games. What's your point?

Correct, but if video gaming = all of your entertainment, there is a serious problem. Using video games as a standalone portion of any part of your life is a sign that you are lacking something much more than you are seeking and trying to fullfill through video games.

And contrary to your belief, waking up 30 minutes to use Wii Fit is not a big deal. You make it sound like a crime to have some fun and exercise.

And you make it seem like a crime to have an opinion?

It's fine to have an opinion. However it's my opinion that you are being overly judgemental and are not applying a fair standard.

So I should have explained everything I wrote in this thread in the first post.  Do that and how am I being overly judgemental?  WiiFit is a great tool to use in conjunction with an exercise routine but not as a standalone routine.  The only facet of Wiifit I am overly judgemental on is Yoga.  If anyone is actually interested in practicing Yoga, they should look into accredited studio's in their area to properly learn about the practice.  Hopefully the majority of WiiFit user's use the program as a segway into a healthier life with a full routine and dedicated non-virtual practice.
