It's quite shocking cheap port of an ancient PS2 game managed to outsell Fragile on the first day. I really expected the game to do better, it has fantastic art and high production values.

Not shocking at all, at least for me. This's a little bit exaggeration, but... new IP not made by well known developer and not supported by hype campaign, not standard jRPG = niche game in Japan.

Namco Bandai, bring it here and you'll get x10 to japanese sales guaranteed.

Namco Bandai are not a small developer, and this game is from the same team that worked on Eternal Sonata. I just hope the decision whether or not to bring it here won't be based on Japanese figures.

Fragile was developed by tri-Crescendo and heavily supported by Namco Bandai development group during it's production. But tri-Crescendo itself hardly a big developer. I mean overall, all OK with Fragile sales, 45% - that's perfectly meets expectations of publisher.

I'm not sure those were Namco's expectations, as Louie previously mentioned it's all about retailer orders in Japan. Fragile is beautiful, and looks relatively high budget, but we don't know Namco's expectations.

At the end the day, all I hope is we get it here, even if someone else (and not Namco) gets the rights to publish it in the West.
