So i emailed xseed games regarding fragile:

"If this is read, thankyou.

I'm e-mailing in to ask if publishing 'Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon' would be possible. If the job of publishing the game in the west (Europe/America/others) is accepted by xseed, could it be possible to do two things?

1. To keep the japanese voice overs as (at least) an option please.
2. The other would be adding in a targeting system.
"

and they replied about their interest in bringing it over with this:

"

Hi Erick,

Fragile looks great, we'd be honored to work on it if given the opportunity so we'll see what we can do.

The first thing we ask at the beginning of each localization project is if the original Japanese voice-overs can be left in the game, but there's usually a lot of different reasons why it's not possible (no rights to use the original voices outside of Japan, no enough disc space to hold the English and Japanese voice data, etc.).  In terms of adding any features to a game that we're localizing, we always ask for improvements but whether they can be implemented or not is up to the development team."
