It certainly looks like Wii is somewhat supply constrained, although not nearly to the degree as January 08 (when it was literally impossible to find on in America). I'm most impressed by 360 sales, to be honest - no, the console isn't going to hit 200k each week, but it's off to a very solid start, well above last year's numbers. For the curious, the hardware totals worldwide at this time last year were:
Wii: 276k
PS3: 183k
360: 118k
Wii is going to end the week somewhere around 310k, 360 around 190k, and PS3 roughly 155k. While Wii sales are essentially flat year over year, 360 is way up, and PS3 slightly down. The big difference is in Europe, where 360 has gone through a complete reversal from last year.
End of 2008 totals: Wii 42m, 360 24m, PS3 18.5m (made Jan. 4, 2008)
