RUMOR-Spanish Nintendo Magazine says Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympics

Seems like a natural move.

I mean, Mario & Sonic has a chance to

- Be the best selling 3rd party game this gen.

- Sell over 13M

- Be the 3rd best selling Mario title this gen

 

It's bloody enormous.

 

Now, a winter olympics won't be quite as big (it's a same machine sequel, and Winter isn't as popular as regular), but it should still sell a good 5-6M.

 

I mean, not making a sequel is basically saying no to money! The only reason I see this not happening, is if Nintendo doesn't want to tie Sonic to Mario too tightly
