when p34/xbox720 come out, would nintendo even need to release a wii 2?

HD TV adoption should be much bigger at that time, so it would probably be wise for Nintendo to roll out a Wii HD with a Wiimote with integrated Motion+, fully backward compitable with Wii, and old controllers.
