It's a close call between 360 and the PS3. The PS3's biggest gun is Unreal Tournament 3, not Haze. Unreal Tournament is a proven franchise, allows PS3 users to use the keyboard and mouse combination, and will allow mods to be passed from PC to PS3. There's a possibility of cross-platform as well, but it is unconfirmed at this time.
Halo 3 is ... well, it's Halo, Microsoft's biggest franchise to date. I'm actually looking forward to CoD4 and the Orange Box.
