Unless Halo turns around and outsells SSBB during next christmas (very unlikely), I'd say Brawl should win fairly easily.

 

the issue for outselling it might be halo recon or what ever its called now will create a boost for halo 3 for a month, it will be very interesting to see how it all pans out

Yeah, good point.

It should still do it by the end of the year though, but the gap might not close a lot in Q1 (I believe Brawl could catch up 300-400K during Q4 though).
