From what I've experienced it puts me to sleep but often enough somewhere in the middle of my sleep the guy either starts back up again or does something like sucking on my nipple that makes it difficult to sleep. In which case I grumble something like jesus not now and roll over. I applaud those of you who give the girl a good 8 hours of sleep before you start doing that.
