I think they'll be close but I expect Bioshock to win first week with MP3 ultimately winning over in lifetime sales. There are just too many shooters in the 360 lineup and there's a good chance that even a great game like Bioshock can fade into the shadows amongst them all.
In any case, it's great to see all systems getting great games like Bioshock, MP3, and Lair in the past few weeks.
