They didn't say it was mediocre, they gave the game a decent score. This site doesn't throw some 9's and 10's just to make fanboys happy. In fact, they never gave a 10! But well, just to illustrate they gave:
- LBP: 7/10
- resistance 2: 7/10
- motorstorm 2: 7/10
- gears of war 2: 8/10
- crisis core / chain of olympus: 7/10
- metal gear solid 4: 8/10
