It's open to any one who wants to create it as im a console guy i don't know how everybody like portables i get neck cramps from playing them wen i had a game gear. Then you would say hey BHR-3 hold it in front of ur face so ur not looking down at it then i get arm cramps, besides the screen is to small. If alot of time passes buy and i don't C a portables pricing history then i might create it
