if your going to suggest waiting than I will too since since the Core i7 dual cores should be out in a few months. Now tell me do you really think AMD can stand up against a dual-core Nehalem considering how cheap the processor will be?

Do you actually believe anyone will be able to buy a Core I7-2 system for less than $500 within 6 months?

Based on the price difference between the Core 2 series and Core i7 so far I believe that the Core i7-2s will be priced around $150 and there will be cheap motherboards available by that time making it so that a PC can be built for between $500 and $600 maybe cheaper.
