It's not going to be a battle for long though...
By the end of 09, MKWii should be around 4 million ahead (I expect 9M for MKWii, and slightly below 5M for MKDS).
The 2 games have a shot at being the best selling franchise this gen (splitting up the Wii series and Mario). It should definitely end in the top 3.
