Nintendo Wii's online system.
I love mariokart online, but with party systems, chat, being able to message people or see their profiles, would be nice.
even a feedback system, I once saw a Hitler guy on mariokart, and had no way to telll him off.
Even now they have the chat, but you can't even get the channel just to listen without buying the mic.
Wii needs an online overhaul.
Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6). This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.
